The app is not working properly. What should I do?
First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you are running the latest version of the app from the App Store. Restarting your device can also resolve many common issues. If none of these steps help, please contact us with details about the problem.
How do I update the app?
Open the App Store on your device, tap your profile icon at the top, and scroll down to see available updates. You can also search for the app by name and tap "Update" if one is available.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We collect only minimal anonymous analytics to improve app performance. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which devices are supported?
Our apps support iPhones and iPads running the latest major version of iOS/iPadOS and one version prior. Check the app's listing on the App Store for specific compatibility details.
Is the app free?
Pricing details are available on each app's App Store listing. Some apps may be free, while others may require a one-time purchase or offer in-app purchases.

How to submit a bug report
If you've encountered a bug, please send us an email with the following information so we can investigate:
- The name of the app and the version number (found in Settings or the App Store)
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15) and iOS version
- A clear description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem, if possible
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable
